Welcome to the new face of Body Tune Physical Therapy and Wellness
A home exercise program is an essential part of successful physical therapy and long-term recovery. At Body Tune Physical Therapy, we provide customized home exercise programs designed specifically for each patient’s condition, mobility level, and rehabilitation goals.
Home exercises allow patients to continue making progress between clinic visits while improving strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and movement quality. Consistency with a home program often leads to faster recovery, better long-term outcomes, and reduced risk of reinjury.
Our therapists take time to ensure patients fully understand each exercise, including proper technique, frequency, repetitions, and progression. Programs are updated regularly as recovery advances.
At Body Tune Physical Therapy and Wellness in Layton and Ogden, we also inccorporate a Remote Theraputic Monitoring Program. This allows us to see when a patient is doing their exercises, which exercises they mark painful or too easy, and gives us better communication with patients outside of in person clinic time.
At Body Tune, we don’t believe in quick fixes. We believe in tune-ups—addressing movement patterns, strength, mobility, and recovery so your body can perform at its best for the long haul. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, returning to sport, or simply looking to move and feel better, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Your body is built to move. Let us help you keep it tuned for life.
Recovery does not stop when your appointment ends. A personalized home exercise program helps reinforce the work completed during therapy sessions and keeps the body progressing throughout the week.
Benefits of home exercise programs include:
Our goal is to provide exercises that are effective, practical, and manageable within your daily routine.

Core strengthening and mobility exercises help reduce stress on the spine and improve posture.
Exercises focused on hip and knee stability can improve walking, stair climbing, and daily movement.
Stretching and strengthening exercises help restore mobility and reduce shoulder dysfunction.
Athletes use home programs to maintain progress between therapy visits and safely return to activity.
Balance exercises improve stability and reduce fall risk for older adults and neurological patients.
Gentle mobility and strengthening exercises can improve tolerance to movement and daily activities.
Your therapist will provide a schedule based on your condition and recovery stage. Most programs are completed several times per week. We use an app that you can both view and track your completion of exercises in.
