Welcome to the new face of Body Tune Physical Therapy and Wellness
At Body Tune Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe the human body works a lot like a finely tuned machine. Just like a car, it performs best when it’s properly maintained, regularly checked, and cared for before small issues turn into major breakdowns. But even the best-maintained cars sometimes experience unexpected breakdowns or accidents—and our bodies are no different. When pain, injury, or setbacks occur, our team is here to diagnose the problem, repair what’s not working, and guide you safely back to optimal performance. Whether you’re coming in for preventative care, recovery after an injury, or rehabilitation following an accident, our mission is to help you get back in tune or stay in tune—moving well, feeling strong, and living without limitations through proactive, personalized physical therapy and wellness care.
Body Tune Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded in 2006, built on the belief that physical therapy should be more than just treating pain—it should empower people to understand their bodies and take an active role in their health. What started as an idea and hope of what could be has since become a reality and now exists as a thriving physical therapy practice with locations in South Ogden and Layton.
In 2026, the practice entered an exciting new chapter when longtime owner Korryn sold Body Tune to Deven Bawden and Mitch Lillywhite. With a shared passion for movement, education, and high-quality care, Deven and Mitch continue the clinic’s legacy while bringing fresh energy and vision for the future. Their focus remains the same: delivering individualized treatment, fostering long-term wellness, and helping patients return to the activities they love.
At Body Tune, we don’t believe in quick fixes. We believe in tune-ups—addressing movement patterns, strength, mobility, and recovery so your body can perform at its best for the long haul. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, returning to sport, or simply looking to move and feel better, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Your body is built to move.
Let us help you keep it tuned for life.
