Welcome to the new face of Body Tune Physical Therapy and Wellness
Mitch has always known he wanted to work in healthcare. With a passion for helping people and fixing things, he earned his EMT license in high school and worked on an ambulance, where he discovered his desire to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives. Inspired by a neighbor who was a physical therapist, he found his true calling in physical therapy. He did a clinical rotation at Body Tune under Deven Bawden while a PT student at the University of Utah. He has now come full circle and joined Body Tune as an owner in 2026.
Mitch earned his degree from the University of Utah and is currently completing his MBA with an emphasis in healthcare. His clinical interests include sports injuries—especially shoulder and knee conditions—as well as lymphedema management and dry needling.
His treatment style combines hands-on manual therapy with customized exercise programming. Mitch believes in treating the whole person, carefully listening to each patient’s goals, and providing thorough evaluations, education, and personalized home exercise plans. He is known for being personable, attentive, and committed to helping patients return to sport, work, and daily life with confidence.
Outside the clinic, Mitch enjoys building projects, playing soccer, snowboarding, scuba diving, and maintaining saltwater aquariums. He loves traveling—especially cruises—and spending time with his family. He also served six years on the board of directors for Special Olympics.
His mindset is simple: “Live as if you will die today and dream as if you will live forever.” Mitch looks forward to helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.

We love our patients, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
